How will I know if an item I ordered has been delayed?


If for some reason an item you've ordered is taking longer than expected to arrive, we'll let you know by email and give you a new estimated arrival date. You can also Check Your Order Status any time to see the estimated arrival date and any available options.




Will Sacred Tree Farms charge my credit card for the item while it's delayed?


We won’t charge your credit card until the item is shipped.




What do I do if I want to cancel an order?


You can view your order status here, and call us during store hours at (407) 720 - 5584. If you ordered online: Cancel within 30 minutes from placing the order. If you scheduled store pickup: We’ll hold your items at the store for 24 hours. If you don’t pick up your items by then, we’ll cancel the order and refund your method of payment. Check your order details for extended pickup options. Make sure to call us at (407) 720 - 5584




How do I view previous orders and past purchases?


You can go to the My Orders page in your profile.

Payment and Pricing

What credit and debit cards does Sacred Tree Farms accept?


We use Square for all our secure, encrypted purchases. We accept all major U.S. credit cards and most internationally issued cards, including those with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. We also accepts consumer credit cards, business credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards.




Does sales tax apply to my SacredTreeFarm.com purchases?


Sacred Tree Farms is required by law to charge applicable sales taxes for online orders. Where sales tax applies, the order total during your checkout reflects estimated sales tax. The final sales tax charged on your order will be displayed in your order confirmation sent via e-mail. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states.




How is tax calculated?


Sacred Tree Farms calculates the tax using the Wix Service Avalara based on your shipment location.




Are any products tax-exempt?

Returns and Refunds

Getting Receipts and Invoices


For completed SacredTreeFarms.com orders, an order invoice will be emailed to you to your chosen email at checkout if you are signed in as a guest. If you have an account, your orders will appear in the My Orders tab, and an invoice after every purchase will be emailed to your account email.

How do I change my perferred email address?


You can change your preferred email address by doing the following: 1. Go to the My Account page 2. Select the Email text box and input your new email. 3. When you are happy with your new selection, click update info to confirm your change.




How do I add a phone number to my profile?


You can change your preferred email address by doing the following: 1. Go to the My Account page 2. Select the Phone Number text box and input your phone number. 3. When you are happy with your new selection, click update info to confirm your change.




Adding and Removing Payment meathods


You can add or remove credit and debit cards from your profile in the My Wallet tab.




Changing delivery address


You can change your deliver and payment address in the My Addresses page.

Free Shipping


All orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping which will automatically be applied at store checkout. ($75 is calculated based on item costs alone, shipping costs and taxes do not affect free shipping eligiblitiy)
