Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Please allow an additional business day for processing on all orders placed after 4pm. Our products are shipped USPS and UPS. Shipments may take 2-5 business days for the ship date to arrive. We will send out tracking information once shipped and ask our customers to please keep track of your orders. We are not responsible for products that may be damaged from keeping them outside in the natural elements (ex: heat or rain). All returns must be sent back in original packaging. You are encouraged to reuse your shipping packaging if returning a product, but it’s not . Please see [Return Policy] for more information.
We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want to do everything possible to make your return process as smooth as possible. We back that up with our transparent return policies. If you are not pleased with your purchase from Sacred Tree Farms, you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return merchandise in original packaging and we will give you a refund with free return shipping. Our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return products for any reason you may send them back to us.
Only purchases made directly from sacredtreefarms.com qualify for the 15-Day refund and exchange guarantee. All returns must include your invoice, receipt or copy of your purchase in the return package with your name, address, and telephone number. Returned products must be in original product packaging and any product indicated as final sales are not eligible for return.
All refunds are within the sole discretion of Sacred Tree Farms as to whether to grant or deny the refund request if items have been severely damaged or if the product shows excessive use. Refunds after the 15 day guarantee may be subject to processing and administrative fees and other associated costs for returns.
We do not charge a restocking fee on items returned within the 15 day policy.
You have up to 15 days from the date you receive your order to return merchandise.

We are happy to accept local return orders at our Sacred Tree Farms retail office. Please bring your receipt along with your returned items. Please note that returns can only be accepted if ordered within the last 15 days and we are currently scheduling curbside returns only. We are located at 3625 State Road 419, Winter Springs, FL. Our retail location is open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday and from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday. Please be sure to read through our Return Instructions and Policy Restrictions before scheduling your return.
